Children experience profound impacts affecting their health, behaviour, learning, and social relationships. Death, injuries of innocent civilians, coupled with severe loss of infrastructure, experiences of torture, abuse and violence are common in such situations where children become the victim. War and armed conflict are the most devastating events known to humankind cause grave consequences immediately and in longer term. Safe, secured, stimulating environment and nurturing atmosphere are the prerequisite for the all-round development of the children. Children continue to absorb a significant amount of information from their experiences and environment.
